​Ready to unwind, connect, and create? Our Freestyle Art & Craft Classes are a unique blend of a relaxed get-together and a fun, hands-on workshop. They're designed to help you relax and tap into your creative side in a low-pressure setting.

​At these sessions, it's not about perfection; it's about the process and the people. Desiraé Ofori will guide you through a fun and accessible project, whether it's an on-trend craft or a painting. You'll get the foundational skills and inspiration you need, but you have the full freedom to personalize your creation—from custom designs to a completely unique color palette.

​What We'll Create Together

​Our classes are a 2-hour session of hands-on creativity. While we offer a variety of popular projects, your options aren't limited. You'll choose your preferred project and substrate (the item you'll be creating on or with). Here are a few current examples:

• ​8” × 10” Canvas (Abstract, Mixed Media or Collage Art)

• ​6” Terra Cotta Planter

• ​Pair of Wooden Earrings

• ​Canvas Tote Bag

• ​Greeting Card Set with Envelopes

​What's Included in Your Class

​We provide everything you and your guests need for a fun, stress-free creative session.

​Supplies:

• ​Project Substrates (Canvas, Pottery, Earrings, Tote Bag, Card Set, etc.)

• ​High-Quality Materials including paint, painting tools, pens, and markers

• ​Protective Gear like plastic tablecloths or placemats

• ​Cleaning Supplies such as paper towels, wet wipes, and cups for brush cleaning

​Please Note: I'll need at least 30-45 minutes for setup and 30-45 minutes for cleanup before and after our session.

​What the Host Needs to Provide

​To ensure a smooth and fun event, we'll need you to provide the following:

• ​Chairs and tables for all participants.

• ​Access to a working sink for refilling water and for hand washing.

• ​A trash bin for easy cleanup.

​If you opt for the Instruction-Only package, I will provide a detailed list of all the materials and supplies you will need to have on hand.

Investment

2-5 Students - $55 per person

6-10 Students - $50 per person

11-19 Students – $45 per person

20+ Students – $40 per person

*Art Instruction Only - $250 for 2 hours

*All art materials and supplies are to be provided by the Host. The Artist can provide a list of recommendations.

Non-Profit Organizations

We are proud to partner with non-profit organizations to help them create a fun and inspiring event. We offer a 15% discount on our class prices for any event booked by a non-profit. Please be prepared to provide a copy of your orangization’s 501(c)(3) IRS Determination Letter to receive the discount.

Repeat Customers

We love our returning customers! As a way of saying thank you for your continued support, you’ll receive a 10% discount on your next class booking.

Booking and Payment Policies

As of January 4, 2024

Booking & Scheduling

To ensure we can properly prepare and secure your date, all classes must be booked at least 3 weeks before your event date.

Travel

Classes booked within Polk County, Florida don't have an additional travel fee. A $25 travel fee is required for events in the Tampa Bay and Orlando areas. For virtual class options or locations beyond these areas, please contact me directly for a custom quote at Desirae.Ofori@gmail.com.

Deposit & Final Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. This deposit covers the cost of all supplies and preparation for your event.

The remaining balance is due one week before the scheduled class date.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• If you need to change your scheduled date, your deposit can be transferred to one new date within 6 months of the original booking.

• In the unlikely event that I need to reschedule due to an artist-related issue, you can choose to either receive a full refund or reschedule your event within 6 months of the original date.

Student Count

We recommend booking for the minimum number of students you expect. You can pay for any additional students at the time of your final payment. Please note that once the final payment is submitted, a refund for missing students is not an option, as supplies and preparation are purchased in advance based on your final headcount. However, if your final count changes before the final payment is due, the price will be adjusted accordingly.
