The “Create in Me a Pure Heart” painting is a mix of acrylic paint, paper collage, vintage hymn sheet, acrylic marker, and gold foil on 12”x12” stretched canvas within a white 13”x13” acrylic floater frame. It is sealed with varnish, Artist (Desiraé Ofori) initials signed in the lower right corner and full Artist signature, titled and date on the back.
This painting is part of the “Create in Me” art collection, heartfelt paintings to celebrate how far our hearts have come, give grace for where they are, and give thanks for what they’re growing into.
In Psalm 51, King David prays, “Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.” True heart healing begins with honesty: admitting change is needed and that we can’t do it alone. When we invite the Lord into the depths we can’t even see in ourselves, lasting change can begin. This new collection is pretty, fun, and meaningful. Is this heart yours? Is it a heart you want the Lord to create in you? Either way, it is waiting for a new home with you or for someone who needs the encouragement and celebration.
Care tips:
Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth.
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or moisture to preserve the colors of the artwork.
Although the colors on your computer or phone screen may vary, I do my best to match them to the original painting.
