Whether you’re hosting a private celebration, a relaxed gathering with friends, or a team wellness break, I provide a curated, stress-free creative space that your guests will love.
At these sessions, it's not about perfection or creating replicas of what everyone else made; it's about expressing your personal creativity in a low-pressure way. After some basic instructions and a gentle nudge of inspiration, each person takes the lead with complete freedom to personalize their creation from start to finish.

What We'll Create Together
Our sessions include 2 hours of hands-on creativity. While we offer a variety of projects, you'll choose your preferred project and substrate (the item you'll be creating on or with). Here are a few current examples:

What's Included in Your Session
We provide everything you and your guests need for a fun, stress-free creative session.
Supplies:
Project Substrates - Canvas, Pottery, Earrings, Tote Bag, Card Set, etc.
High-Quality Artist-Grade Materials - Paint, painting tools, pens, and markers
Protective Gear - Plastic tablecloths or placemats
Cleaning Supplies - Paper towels, wet wipes, water pitchers, and cups for brush cleaning
Please Note: I will need 30-45 minutes for both setup and clean-up. The total time I will be on location is at least 3 hours.
What the Host Provides
To ensure a seamless setup, I just need access to sturdy tables and chairs for the guests, a sink, and trash can for cleanup.
The Studio Experience
The Signature Session |$650
Perfect for intimate gatherings, birthday celebrations, and small team wellness breaks.
All-inclusive experience brought to your preferred location for up to 10 guests.
The Artisan Workshop | $650 base + $50 per additional guest
Designed for larger groups, corporate team-building, and collaborative events.
A fully immersive experience for up to 20 guests.
Booking and Payment Policies

Booking & Scheduling
To ensure I can properly prepare and curate your experience, all studio sessions must be booked with a 50% deposit at least 4 weeks prior to your event date. If you have a last-minute request, please reach out - I’ll do my best to accommodate you if my calendar allows.
Service Area & Travel
Sessions hosted with Polk County, Florida, do not have an additional travel fee. For events in the Tampa Bay and Orlando areas, a flat travel fee of $50 applies. For locations beyond these areas, please contact me directly for a custom quote at Desirae.Ofori@gmail.com.
Deposit & Final Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. This deposit covers the cost of all premium materials and the meticulous preparation required for your event. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your scheduled session date.

Non-Profit Organizations
I love partnering with non-profit organizations to help create fun, inspiring moments for your team and clients. I’m happy to offer a 15% courtesy discount for any event booked by a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit. When you reach out, please just have a copy of your organization’s IRS Determination Letter ready, and I’ll take care of the rest.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Planning Changes: If you need to shift your date, your deposit is fully transferable to one new date within 6 months of your original booking.
My Commitment: In the rare event that I need to reschedule due to an unforeseen conflict, I will work with you to prioritize a new date within 6 months or provide a full refund - whichever you prefer.
Group Size & Customization
To ensure I can curate the premium materials for your specific group, I recommend booking for the minimum number of guests you expect. You are welcome to add additional guests leading up to the final confirmation date.
Please note: The final headcount must be confirmed at time of the final payment two weeks prior to your event so that I can personalize every detail of your studio experience.
